  • Referrals must be submitted via the online form.
  • Referrals should be made to a Manager, Director, VP, or higher-level position to ensure they’re a decision-maker.
  • The referred must be a new customer to Kepler Leaf.
  • The referred must close within 90 days of the referral submission (unless they’re under an existing contract with no opt-out).
  • The referred cannot be in an active sales cycle or have been engaged in one within the past 90 days.
  • The referral reward is $500 per closed customer opportunity.
  • There’s no limit to the number of referrals or rewards you can earn in a calendar year.
  • Rewards will be issued 90 days after the referred customer’s opportunity has an executed contract.
